Job Summary Our client is seeking a Power BI Analyst to join their growing team in Jacksonville, FL. This role manages the Power BI environment and provides IT support by developing dashboards, maintaining data quality, supporting users, coordinating with IT vendors, and ensuring smooth tech operations. Duties And Responsibilities Manage Power BI and Snowflake Environment: • Monitor ETL processes and resolve errors • Manage Power BI apps and dashboards • Ensure data quality • Troubleshoot report issues • Provide report support to coworkers and customers Develop Dashboards, Models, And Tools • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs • Build/update semantic models • Design clean, easy-to-understand visualizations • Identify new tech solutions • Optimize reporting and automation Power BI User Support • Manage user access/security • Deliver training on reports • Provide documentation • Troubleshoot access issues IT Support Provide daily helpdesk support for hardware/software Coordinate with vendors for escalated issues Onboarding/Offboarding Manage laptops, phones, software access with external IT provider VIP Customer Care Identify customer needs, implement solutions, complete special projects Compliance Follow all policies to ensure compliance with HIPAA, HQAA/Medicare, FDA, etc. Qualifications Power BI development (semantic models, visualizations, automation) Microsoft Power Platform knowledge preferred Experience with Snowflake and SQL a plus Independent, analytical, and curious Team-oriented with strong communication skills Comfortable supporting in-office and remote staff Medical device/healthcare experience a bonus ,
