NO AGENCIES PLEASE Advanced level Azure Solutions and Application Portfolio Architect. Requires in-depth operational knowledge across multiple technical environments and extended levels of business knowledge. Works on projects that span a broad range of systems and complex components, to include providing subject matter expertise and technical direction to more junior technical staff. Possess excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills, as well as synergistic collaboration within group dynamics. Able to easily convey technical concepts to a variety of technical audiences. The ability to produce and organize concise and clear technical documentation in multiple formats or platforms is required. Viewed both internally and externally as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines. Acts as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and advisor for strategic development. Skill Set\Responsibilities\Experience: Design and implement Azure Cloud Architecture solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Conduct PoC (Proof of Concept) demos\models to showcase Azure capabilities and solutions. Create functional design specifications, Azure reference architectures, and other project deliverables. Complete and total understanding of Azure Management and Governance and how to logically implement it. Expertise in deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting Azure Infrastructure and Azure Networking Design and troubleshooting. Expertise in Azure AD\Azure Entra and Conditional Access Protocols and dynamics. Design, Model, and Implement an End-to-End B2C strategy. Extensive knowledge of Single sign-on and MFA integration will be required. All application dependencies and services shall be included in the strategy, to include consideration of all user flows. All Federal and State statutes must be followed in design, implementation, and maintenance of systems. Efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Technical Models and Solutions. Collaborate with solution development teams to ensure seamless integration of Azure services into their applications. Expertise in deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting Modern Authentication and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). Design and implement various Azure Storage Solutions, including BLOB, Public-Private, and Shared Storage configurations, while adhering to best practices for data security and access control. Expertise with Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Azure Artifacts, and Azure Boards. Create and manage Azure App Services for hosting web applications. Register and configure applications in Azure Active Directory\Entra for secure access. Implement, authentication, and authorization mechanisms for applications. Design and collaborate with development teams to establish CI/CD pipelines for deployment. Monitor and evaluate application performance, to include remediation measures, and implement logging strategies. Establish and maintain Application Lifecycle Management processes and development standards. Recommend, establish, and maintain Application Quality Testing.
