Position: Senior IT Workplace Engineer Location: New York, NY (Hybrid Role) Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Job Details Workspace One Is Required Hybrid- Tues- Thurs in NYC • They need someone with specific experience working with Workspace one as a Product Owner/Tech Lead. Should be located in NYC metro area and willing to commute Tue-Thurs Must have significant experience with WorkspaceOne Must have experiencing managing Windows 10/11 endpoints Must have combo of technical/product ownership skills Should have experience working with M365 admin services Should have experience with automation coding languages Would like VMware Certified Professional - Digital Workspace (VCP-DW) Experience: • 4+ years in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or digital workplace roles, with experience in large-scale enterprise environments. • Demonstrated success in leading the design and deployment of complex Workplace solutions across multiple regions or business units. Technical Expertise: • Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Workspace ONE, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform). • Strong command of PowerShell; additional proficiency in Python, Terraform, or other automation tools preferred. • In-depth knowledge of enterprise endpoint security, IAM, SSO, MFA, and compliance frameworks. Leadership Competencies: • Proven ability to oversee initiatives, influence without authority, and drive cross-functional outcomes. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Global mindset with experience working in multicultural, matrixed organizations. Certifications (Preferred): • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate • Relevant security or architecture certifications (e.g., CISSP, TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect) • VMware Certified Professional - Digital Workspace 2024 (VCP-DW 2024) Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
