Engage in sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, maintenance, or other integrated solutions of Microsoft products. Serve as a subject matter expert in a pre- or post-sales production environment and resolve any complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Troubleshoot frontline technical readiness and process compliance to accelerate scalability. May collaborate with cross functional teams to research market conditions to gather information and determine potential sales of a product or service, or create a marketing campaign. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field Experience: Two (2) years of experience in any computer-related occupation. Specific Skills Requirements: This position requires education or experience in: Cloud Architecture; Cloud Development; CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery); Machine Learning; AWS; AI; and Coordinating program development of computer software applications/systems/services from design through product release. Pay Range and Benefits Information The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code TSCBG17899B), in Dallas, TX, is $140,546 to $170,546. Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
