We’re now seeking a Senior Analyst with strong MSP experience who’s ready to take ownership of escalations, provide high-touch client support, and contribute to a collaborative technical culture. This role is ideal for a technically skilled, detail-oriented engineer who thrives in client-facing environments. You’ll work hands-on with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and macOS while mentoring junior analysts, contributing to documentation, and assisting with key infrastructure projects. What You’ll Do • Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 analysts • Provide remote and onsite support to clients across varied industries • Troubleshoot complex issues in Microsoft 365, Entra/Intune, Azure, and Windows/macOS environments • Collaborate on project implementations and infrastructure improvements • Maintain and expand internal Knowledge Base documentation • Communicate clearly with clients and ensure all tickets are updated and resolved within SLA standards What You Bring • 3+ years of MSP experience • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra/Intune, and Azure • Comfortable supporting both Windows and macOS users • Experience using RMM tools such as NinjaOne or Addigy • Strong communication, documentation, and client service skills • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent follow-through Why You’ll Love Working Here • Competitive salary ($90,000–$100,000) • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Hybrid WFH schedule • 401(k) with 4% company match • Paid time off and holidays • Growth-focused culture that values accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
