Join Our Team as an Azure Cloud Engineer! We are looking for a talented Azure Cloud Engineer to enhance our Health SaaS Solutions. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in servicing our software delivery platforms by leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement innovative infrastructure solutions that meet specific project requirements. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess infrastructure needs and deliver efficient Azure cloud-based services. • Monitor and optimize the performance of our infrastructure to ensure high availability. • Partner with DevOps teams to integrate cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines, enhancing application deployment and release management. • Troubleshoot and resolve service, network, and performance-related issues promptly. • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, providing support during off-hours for production incidents. • Proactively identify, schedule, and perform maintenance tasks essential for the operation of our platforms. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Azure in SaaS and IaaS environments. • At least 2 years of experience working in Windows systems. • Strong proficiency in scripting languages. • Familiarity with software lifecycle solutions, including Azure DevOps and Team Foundation Services. • Understanding of cloud network design and best practices. • Knowledge of networking principles. • Experience with common infrastructure components, such as App Services, SQL Server, Redis, and Remote Desktop Services. • In-depth knowledge of Azure Active Directory concepts, features, and limitations. • Experience in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
