Essential Functions - Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support departmental and enterprise-wide analytics needs. - Data Modeling: Create and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M) to ensure efficient and accurate reporting. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, ad deliver tailored analytics solutions. - Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including SQL databases and cloud-based systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards, implementing best practices for scalability and usability. - Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, promoting data literacy and effective use of analytics tools. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Admin or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and Power BI development. - Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL. - Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
