We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled MSP (Managed Services Provider) Candidate with experience in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cybersecurity to join our dynamic team. Job Description: As an MSP candidate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' IT environments, focusing on the deployment, management, and security of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity solutions. You will work directly with clients, providing expert-level support, ensuring optimal performance, and implementing security best practices to protect their digital assets. Key Responsibilities: • Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365: • Assist with the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services. • Manage and monitor cloud environments, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and user access. • Provide ongoing support for Office 365/Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive configurations. • Troubleshoot and resolve any Microsoft Azure or Office 365-related issues. • Cybersecurity: • Implement and manage cybersecurity measures for clients using Microsoft security solutions. • Monitor and respond to security alerts and threats, ensuring clients’ IT systems are protected from external and internal risks. • Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence, and remediation activities. • Collaborate with clients to create and maintain security policies, incident response plans, and disaster recovery protocols. • Client Support: • Provide technical support and consultancy to clients, ensuring the effective use of their IT environments. • Create and maintain documentation for best practices, standard operating procedures, and configuration settings. • Educate clients on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and associated technologies. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including network security, data protection, and threat mitigation. • Experience with configuring and managing Microsoft Azure and Office 365/Teams environments. • Familiarity with Microsoft Security solutions such as Defender, Sentinel, and Intune. • Solid understanding of firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection, and prevention systems. • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst) preferred. Preferred Skills: • Experience with cloud migration and backup solutions. • Knowledge of additional security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS. • Familiarity with third-party security tools and integrations (e.g., SIEM, Anti-Malware).
