YOU SHOULD BE IN THE LOCALE TO APPLY.** About the Role EMPIGO Technologies / SureTec is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with both standard user driven systems, and enterprise-level systems while making a meaningful impact on our clients' success. You will be the "Swiss Army knife" of the organization. You’ll support clients, manage infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance across platforms. Responsibilities • Provide escalation support for multiple clients across the organization • Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure environments • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions • Maintain system documentation and develop operational procedures • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on technical projects • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) Technical Focus Areas • Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting and administration • User account and security policy management • Network performance monitoring and resolution • Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) • Cloud services and infrastructure (Azure, Microsoft 365) Qualifications Experience & Education • 4–6 years of experience in systems administration and IT support • High school diploma with relevant experience, OR Associate's degree in IT-related field, OR relevant professional certifications • Proven success in managing enterprise-level systems and networks Certifications • CompTIA A+ (required) or equivalent demonstrated experience • CompTIA Network+ or Security+ (preferred) • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar (a plus) Skills That Set You Apart Technical Excellence • Expert level knowledge of support in both Windows and Mac OS environments • Expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies • Strong troubleshooting skills • Analytical mindset with attention to detail Professional Strengths • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently and manage priorities • Customer-focused approach with professional demeanor • Mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilities Why EMPIGO Technologies / SureTec?
