This role is critical in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure while ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. It is a mixed Windows and Linux environment and they are looking for someone who can manage and maintain both technology stacks. In this role, you will also be responsible for mentoring and training the support team as well as handling Tier 3 escalated cloud tickets. They are looking for someone who is going to grow within the company and help the team grow as well.
