As a member of the quality engineering team, you will be helping to develop and enhance our next generation testing platform. We are as automated as possible and always trying to find new ways to increase speed and efficiency in the platform. You will work closely with development and product teams to release and maintain new features without compromising on quality for our internal advocates and our customers. What you’ll be doing Work collaboratively and highly communicate with other Quality Engineers, Product, and Dev teams. Collaborate with Product and Development teams to gather requirements, translate them into test scenarios, and establish an automated integration test framework that will be continuously updated and managed. Develop, debug, and maintain test scripts, test cases, and automation frameworks for our web applications and back end services. Anticipate risks, and report defects discovered during automated test runs. Evaluate emerging tools/technologies to continue enhancing the automation framework. Leaning into AI tools in creating automated tests/framework. Championing continuous integration and best practices on quality test execution. What you should know 3-6 years of software development experience with C#/.NET core, including proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with modern testing frameworks (Playwright, NUnit, RestSharp). Strong expertise in API development and testing, including REST and GraphQL, with a solid understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and Object Oriented Design patterns. Demonstrated experience with Git/GitHub, Jira, and Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban), including ability to review pull requests and manage test cases effectively. Innovation-focused mindset with ability to work autonomously in fast-paced teams, embracing AI-driven development approaches while maintaining high quality standards. It would be great if you also had Experience with Azure DevOps. Experience with postman and swagger. Experience with Cline, Roo, Copilot AI agentic tools. Experience in cross-browser and mobile web testing. Experience using databases Familiarity with Splunk, datadog and snowflake is a huge plus!
