We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a key client, Oakland County, Michigan. This is a hybrid role requiring two days onsite weekly in Pontiac, MI. You’ll work closely with county stakeholders to deliver impactful data-driven solutions and technical improvements, playing a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology. Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business processes, requirements, and objectives. • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. • Bridge communication between business stakeholders and IT teams. • Develop user stories, process diagrams, data models, and wireframes. • Create test plans, test cases, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Support data migration and system integration initiatives. Qualifications • 5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise environments. • Proficient with documentation tools such as Visio or Draw.io. • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies. • Experience supporting large-scale data migration projects. • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for requirement tracking and testing.
