Qualifications: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience working as a Technical Product Manager or Owner, or in a similar role within software engineering. • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and software architecture. • Experience in Agile methodologies and product management. • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. • Expertise in digital platform architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native technologies. • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, Java, or Python, with a strong foundation in software development. • In-depth knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases, including design, optimization, and management. • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services. • Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, etc. • Proficiency in using Git for version control, branching, and merging strategies, ensuring effective collaboration and code management across development teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus. • Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
