Job Description: • dvise customers on SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform features and how they apply to their unique needs. • Implement an agency-wide records and document management automation system. • Collaborate with stakeholders to create consistent user-friendly design and implementation approach. • Understand and apply records management principles/rules based on individual customer requirements. • Create complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate. • pply user UI/UX best practices to ensure 508 compliance, adherence to client design standards, and provide a seamless user experience. • Understand and troubleshoot security issues, customer questions, and other inquiries as needed. • Understand and apply client-approved standards and processes. • Develop a SharePoint Records Center using retention labels to manage required retention policies, create and manage file plans, and build simple workflows and processes. • Develop solutions that comply with existing security protocols and guidelines. • Identify and escalate architecturally significant items and thereby affect development design/approach/solution. • Engage in consistent and ongoing interactions with customer subject matter experts. • Facilitate training and education opportunities. • Other duties as needed. • 5 years of previous experience as a SharePoint and/or Microsoft Power Platform Developer. • 3 years of UI experience. • 3 years of UX experience. • 3 years of experience developing custom SharePoint solutions. • bility to manage Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center. • Experience with SharePoint site creation, UI/UX design, document library configuration, view creation, and metadata management. • Extensive knowledge and experience with Power Platform Components (PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow, Power BI, Power Pages, etc), Migration Manager, etc.
