DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our software development team. Primary focus on tAnalyzing the data and performing ETL operations. They should work on an Agile/Scrum environment while aiding the team in delivering the highest valuable product possible. As part of the Agile/Scrum mindset this person will be open to multifunctional opportunities to help facilitate the delivery of a work assigned each sprint. Onsite Role - Full timeResponsibilitiesData cleaning and analysis: You will be working with a team of faculty and students to clean data and look for trends that can help to understand and combat human trafficking.Front-end Data Visualization: You will develop a dashboard or similar data portal for stakeholders from law enforcement, academia, and anti-trafficking practitioners to access data and insights.Collaboration: You will work with a team of researchers to address ongoing challenges with the data and meet the needs of the funding agency as well as provide expertise on data analytics and visualizationExperience / RequirementsBachelor’s degree is required.Candidate must possess strong critical thinking skills.Candidate must be comfortable working in a teamwork environment.Must also demonstrate ability to work independently and meet crucial deadlines.Candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and analyze problems, as well as devise solutions.Candidate must be proficient with data analysis software (R, Python, MatLab, Julia, Excel, etc) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Cognos, Shiny, Dash)Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in basic statistics and statistical methods.Must also possess knowledge of querying data from databases (E.g.
