**Job Description:** - Must have minimum 8 years of experience as a functional consultant - Minimum 3 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015 - Meet with the business users and gather application requirements use cases user stories and develop strategies to meet those needs - Document the business requirements review them with the business and technology teams and obtain customer acceptance for the same - Gather business information from multiple sources perform analysis and provide consolidated analysis - Working on the Agile or Waterfall approach depending on the business requirements - Coordinate with development team to provide better understanding of the business users need and help resolve any queries related to the requirements - Help prioritize requirements and create mockups - Planning and coordination of new enhancements with the development team - Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for the test cases and test scenarios - Documenting asis and tobe within accurate and detailed scoping documents - Experience in supporting presales activities is an advantage - Contribute across all phases of projects eg Plan Analyze Design Build and Test for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Powe Platform - Design and Configure PowerApps model driven apps Power pages Power Automate and canvas apps - Implement Microsoft Power Platform - Manage customer experiences - Leverage your Business Analysis and Industry expertise to conduct Business Process Analysis capture Business Requirements Design and Implement CRM solutions - Liaise effectively between customers IT staff and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues - FRD Requirement Gathering proposals demonstrations User Training - Prepare and present demonstrations for Microsoft Power Platform solution capabilities to the client - Consulting experience working with external clients - Work under general guidance and direction but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decisionmaking related to work process - Excellent interpersonal presentation and communication skills Good to Have Skills - Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation - Basic knowledge of the Power Platform Power Apps Flow Power BI and - Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model - MS CRM configruation knowledge - Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM • *Skills** • *Mandatory Skills : **D365 CE - Customer Service, D365 CE - Field Service/FS Mobility, D365 CE - Marketing, D365 CE - Sales, D365 CE-Technical • *Other details** Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”): Benefits and Perks: - Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision - Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage - 401(k) Plan with Company match - Life Insurance - Vacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays - Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave • *Compensation range: **$ 100,000.00 to 130,000.00 per year
