Position Summary: As the ERP Administrator, you will be responsible to work with our IT team to support the operational use of our NetSuite system. This is a hands-on technical position that requires a strong understanding of our ERP systems and how they interact together. As the ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for partnering with various departments across the organization to enhance and improve our NetSuite environment, to perform ongoing maintenance, provide daily support to our users, lead future improvements and integration projects. You will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of NetSuite and will be responsible for supporting configurations, processes and personnel within our organization. Position Responsibilities: • Configure, maintain and upgrade NetSuite and other financial systems to meet the daily operational needs and support strategic projects. • Design, implement, and maintain customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business needs including reports, saved searches, dashboards, scripts and workflows. • Design, implement, and maintain 3rd party software connections and applications to NetSuite to support various business needs. • Assist with creation and maintenance of users, roles, permissions. • Assist with debugging system integration and functionality issues including engagement with NetSuite support for defect resolution. • Provide ongoing NetSuite training for company users. • Develop, document and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage, etc. • Responsible for the change management and release process of NetSuite. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration. • Other duties, as assigned. Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator and other financial tools. (NetSuite Administrator Certification is a bonus.) • Experience with NetSuite, Concur, MES and various integration tools. • Expert level ability to dive into the data, highly proficient with advanced Excel Data manipulation and SQL; Javascript, HTML, CSS preferred. • Experience developing and maintaining custom reports, configurations and permissions. • Highly motivational: a self-starter, with the ability to motivate and influence others on and off the team, fostering strong relationships cross-functionally. • Experience building relationships with vendors and managing them throughout projects. • Attention to detail. Position Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline is required OR 5 or more years’ work experience in delivering ERP and related solutions. • Minimum of 5 years in production software implementation environments and the support processes with Oracle NetSuite. • Experience in financial and MES systems • Microsoft Office 365 environments If this sounds like you, please submit an application with your resume. In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $114,000-$187,000 base salary.
