Wyn2It Business Solutions is a boutique consulting firm serving small businesses, large businesses, nonprofits, and startups with accounting, HR, social media, and business support services. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping / Tax Associate to join our growing team. Schedule • Onsite | 12 hours weekly • Tuesday – Thursday • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (set half-day shifts) Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Tax Support • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions. • Reconcile accounts and bank statements. • Manage accounts payable/receivable. • Assist with payroll preparation and reporting. • Prepare and file individual and business tax returns. • Support clients with tax preparation, compliance, and year-end filings. Administrative Support • Maintain client files and documentation. • Manage scheduling, calendars, and email communications. • Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances. • Assist with client communications and service requests. • Support Wyn2It leadership team with special projects as needed. Qualifications • Proven experience in bookkeeping (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software preferred). • Strong knowledge of tax preparation and return filing. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Administrative support experience (scheduling, document prep, email management). • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills (a plus, not required) • Experience with payroll processing. • Knowledge of nonprofit bookkeeping and tax filings. • Customer service or client-facing experience.
