Summary: Our client is undergoing a large-scale migration from the Google platform to Microsoft 365, impacting thousand + users. To lead this transition, we are seeking an experienced M365 Architect with deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem. This individual will define and drive the strategy, architecture, and implementation of a Microsoft-based Center of Excellence (CoE) to support the migration and future digital transformation efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and setup of a Microsoft 365-based Center of Excellence. • Architect end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and M365. • Serve as a trusted advisor on Microsoft?s roadmap and best practices. • Support pre-sales efforts: lead demos, shape proposals, and present technical solutions. • Guide and coach internal teams and citizen developers on the Power Platform. Required Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform. • Proven track record in leading large M365 and SharePoint implementations. • Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders with executive presence. • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-900) are a strong plus. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): • Familiarity with AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure Cognitive Services integration. • Experience working in agile environments and DevOps for Power Platform. • Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models and enterprise deployment planning.
