Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members, as necessary, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete their tasks effectively. 9. Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track the project’s progress against the established timeline and budget, adjusting plans as needed. Report on project performance to clients or management. 10. Post-Project Evaluation: After project completion, evaluate its success, identify lessons learned, and suggest improvements for future projects. Qualifications At least 2 Years in Home Remodel Sales or Project Management General knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management Portal Negotiation Skills: For managing contracts, budgets, and relationships with clients, vendors, or other stakeholders. Client Management: Ability to maintain client relationships and ensure project success aligns with their expectations. Adaptability: Ability to handle changing project scopes and evolving requirements. Coachable Mindset: Be ready to learn; Or learn to be ready.
