On-Site DefenseReady/Dynamics 365/Power Platform SME Job Summary: The On-Site DefenseReady Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide on-site SME support with extensive knowledge and background of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform environments. The SME will be expected to earn the status of a trusted advisor for his/her customers and assist the organization with a Baseline Assessment, as well as creating a Functional & Technical Roadmap. Responsibilities include working remotely to ensure infrastructure supports customer needs, assisting with data migrations into DefenseReady (built on the Power Platform), and aid in performing a gap analyses, and will recommend solutions that account for the operational tempo and security constraints of the organization. On-site presence in the National Capital Region will be required to ensure close coordination with stakeholders and address critical system issues that cannot be resolved remotely. Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide ongoing support for the DefenseReady/CRM platform with hands on configuration and maintain documentation, both remotely and on-site. • Working knowledge of business processes, system development, and process improvements. • Work closely with knowledge management and business groups in order to understand and quantify CRM related business requirements. • Document, track, prioritize, and communicate change requests/new system requirements. • Create advanced finds, dashboards, SQL reports and workflows. • Communicate with customers regarding implementations, system upgrades, features, and downtime interruptions, ensuring transparency from a hybrid work setup. • Submit service tickets on behalf of customer when resolution cannot be determined onsite or via remote assistance. • Evaluate current system usage remotely, with on-site visits as needed. • Review and assist with submitted cases. • Identify gaps in system functionality against requirements. • Identify local solutions that have been created outside systems of record. • Diagnose adoption issues with associated solution that need to be overcome for future alternatives. • Fit/Gap Analysis to identify unsatisfied current and future functional needs. Education/Experience: • DoD 8570.01-M certification to meet IAT Level II within 4 weeks (if not already certified). • TIL v3 Foundations Certified, if not will have to be certified within 90 days. • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 and Power BI, with experience supporting hybrid environments. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Communicate Clearly and concisely both oral and written. Security Requirements: • U.S. Citizen with a Secret Clearance or higher. Desired Knowledge: • Exposure to API and SaaS based technologies. • Previous experience in an agile environment. • Experience in data integration and/or data warehousing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with SQL. • Knowledge of DefenseReady.
