Position Overview The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint Online environments. This part-time role ensures the smooth operation of SharePoint sites, manages user permissions, and provides technical support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, security best practices, and Microsoft 365 integration. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments. Configure and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows. Monitor SharePoint performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Manage user permissions and ensure compliance with security protocols. Provide technical support and training to SharePoint users across departments. Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop, implement, and support SharePoint solutions. Document configurations, workflows, procedures, and best practices for ongoing support and governance. Skills And Competencies Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Business-oriented mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance. Education And Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services. Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and workflow automation tools. Experience with SharePoint migrations and upgrades is preferred.
