Job Title: Sales Manager - Manufacturing Industry Location: Chicago, Illinois Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director of Sales Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and metrics as described, developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the manufacturing and/or transportation sector, excellent leadership skills, strong customer retention and a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Qualifications: • Education: • Bachelor’s degree prefered but not required • Highschool graduate or G.E.D equivalent with relevant years of previous experience • Experience: • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in the manufacturing and/or transportation industry, with at least 2 years in a producer role. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Skills and Competencies: • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. • Other Requirements: • Willingness to travel as required. • Valid driver’s license.
