Roles and Responsibilities • Build ETL & data pipelines to help feed the data into data products/dashboards • Automate processes and workflows to drive efficiencies for client • Liaise with different stakeholders on ad-hoc analyses and monitoring the entire DWH/Data Lake • Working with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide efficient data solutions and designing the build • Use best practices to deliver results, efficiency and quality for data and visualization requirements • Collaborate and support the analytics team to help them understand the data flow Desired Profile • Skillset - Azure Python, SQL are a must: Should be a hands on developer. • Experience in Healthcare/ Lifesciences/ Pharmaceutical domain specifically IQVIA datasets (Xponent, PlanTrak, DDD), Veeva datasets • Good analytical skills to develop and identify issues are required. The project already has a seasoned Technical Engagement Manager to be in all the meetings to help translate needs and provide clarifications from the client. • Should have good function-technical skills and hope is that he/she could eventually work as Associate project manager with only 20-30% technical workload and rest BA/technical PM role. • Liaison with offshore team to develop/discuss the technical requirements and work with offshore team to expedite the technical work. • Good to have some UI/UX experience but not critical [10% weightage] • Experience working on Azure services primarily Azure Data Factory, Logic App, Databricks, PySpark & Key Vault • Working knowledge with database technologies with a strong expertise of SQL • Design databases, data pipelines • Creating data models and robust data pipelines supporting BI/client reporting • Understanding of data architecture, data modeling, DWH and ELT/ETL concepts • Experience on transforming and loading various data sources
