Job Title: Senior Director – Azure Software Product Development Location: Northern NJ (Hybrid, 3+ days/week onsite) Type: Contract-to-Hire (3–6 months conversion window) Overview: For our direct client, a leading global professional services company, we seek a high-caliber IT leader to help drive the next phase of growth for a large-scale software product development initiative. This role is ideal for a strategic, execution-focused professional with deep experience managing complex, Azure-based product development programs across global teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a large, multi-track software development program, managing multiple solution teams across various application development streams. • Define and evolve the product vision in alignment with business strategy and customer needs. • Drive planning, execution, and delivery across Azure-based development projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals. • Collaborate closely with global stakeholders, engineering, and product leadership to ensure cohesive execution. • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work environment. Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale software development programs. • Proven success delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. • Strong global delivery experience, including working with distributed teams and international stakeholders. • Background in product management and product strategy, ideally in a consulting or enterprise SaaS environment. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Must be able to work onsite in the Northern NJ office at least 3 days per week.
