Role: Absorb LMS Specialist Location: Fosters city CA, Onsite from day 1 Mode: Contract to Hire any Visa who can join FTE Only w2 candidates Required Skills and Qualifications: • Reporting Tools: Hands-on experience with Spotfire, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. • Programming: Proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation tasks and WDCs • Good understanding on SQL, Postgres, etc., • Strong Expertise with Microsoft Technologies like GraphAPI etc., • Cloud Expertise: knowledge of AWS Glue for ETL processes and data transformation. • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure. • Version Control: Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipelines. • Data Management: Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration concepts. • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data engineering challenges. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Primary (Must have skills)* Strong Experience Python Flask and other util repos. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Python/WDCs/SQL/APIs/ etc., Build and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Spotfire, Tableau, or other reporting tools to provide actionable insights. Good understanding on SQL, Postgres, etc., Good Expertise with Microsoft Technologies like GraphAPI etc., Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data pipelines and reporting systems. Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring high availability and performance. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and cloud computing. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
