Direct message the job poster from Micasa Global CEO @ Micasa Global | Driving Growth with Digital Expertise Job Title: DevOps Specialist Experience: 8+ Years Mandatory Job Description Responsibilities: • Hands-on experience with Docker, Openshift Container orchestration tools and appliances. • Proficiency in data discovery, classification, tokenization, and sanitization techniques. • Experience in CI/CD pipeline integrations and cloud platform knowledge. • 3-5 years’ experience in communication protocols specifically FTP / SFT / NDM. • Good knowledge of Kafka and other ETL frameworks and tools. • 6-8 years of hands-on experience with software development using .Net, Angular, and web services. • Strong communication, relationship, and process management skills. • Working knowledge of the Enterprise Change Management Standards and Evidence Requirements. • Working knowledge of Agile methodology, software development, and testing processes. • 5+ years as a project lead, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. • Organized, motivated, team-player, intellectually curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to conduct discussions with senior leaders, managers, and team members. • Working knowledge using the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, clearly articulating findings and presenting solutions. • Proactive - takes initiative/preempts stakeholder requirements before they connect and prepares accordingly. • Exposure to application maintenance and support. • Must have the ability to drive and lead projects. • Experience working in a matrix organization managing multiple priorities. • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. • Must be able to work on JIRA to track progress, coordinate updates, and publish reports. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development. • Strong knowledge of Agile software development practices, principles, and tools, such as JIRA, Ansible, etc. Preferred Skills: • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture. • Previous experience conducting POC initiatives or technology evaluations. • Strong understanding of DMZ Configurations, Firewall rules, and network segmentation.
