Overview We’re seeking a seasoned Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join a US-based team. This is a full-time, remote role (Monday–Friday) working Eastern Time hours, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and fellow developers to design, build, and maintain solutions on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy model-driven and canvas apps in Power Apps to automate business processes. Create and maintain complex Power Automate (Flow) processes, integrating with a variety of data sources (SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, third-party APIs). Develop interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI; optimize data models in Dataverse and Azure SQL. Implement governance, security, and ALM best practices for the Power Platform environment. Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform performance tuning, and ensure high availability. Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and Power Platform component framework (PCF) when required. Document solution designs, data schemas, and support handover materials for end-users and support teams. Must-Have Experience & Skills 3–5 years developing on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong proficiency with Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) and model-driven app architecture. Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, REST APIs. Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server) and proficiency writing SQL queries/stored procedures. Experience building custom controls using Power Platform Component Framework (PCF) and JavaScript/TypeScript. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines for ALM. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, overlapping US Eastern Time business hours.
