A Day in the Life: - Provide day-to-day technical support for Dynamics 365 F&O, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, integrations, and customizations - Monitor and maintain the health of client environments, including performance tuning and optimizing system resources - Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O, including extensions, integrations, and modifications to meet client-specific requirements - Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions - Ensure all customizations and developments adhere to best practices, including coding standards, documentation, and testing protocols - Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other systems, using tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Data Management Framework, and REST APIs - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ensure data integrity across systems - Manage Dynamics 365 F&O environments, including development, testing, and production instances - Coordinate with client IT teams to ensure environments are correctly configured, up to date, and secure while overseeing deployments and updates - Conduct regular system performance assessments and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and stability - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring the system operates at peak efficiency - Provide guidance on infrastructure improvements and scaling to support business growth - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and system configurations - Document all technical solutions and processes to support ongoing system maintenance and future upgrades What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in a technical consulting role - MB-500 - Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate - Strong knowledge of X++, SQL, Azure services, and other relevant technologies used in Dynamics 365 F&O. - Experience with data migration, integration tools, and managing Dynamics 365 environments - Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams - Experience in a managed services or support environment is preferred What Makes You Extra Awesome: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Designations such as Dynamics 365 Finance &Operation Technical Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Scrum, and Prosci - Equivalent certification Why Work at Long View? - Great people and culture - Career growth – Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunities - Interesting work – Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologies - Flexible environment –A workplace that values the importance of flexibility for personal/professional growth, happiness, and wellness
