AI (Microsoft) Program Director Location: Wayne, NJ (Onsite Preferred) Job Type: Full-Time | Senior Leadership Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned AI Program Director with deep expertise in Microsoft AI technologies, including Azure AI, OpenAI Services, and Copilot integration, to lead and deliver enterprise-level AI initiatives. This role will drive digital transformation by aligning AI capabilities with business strategy, managing programs end-to-end, and ensuring adoption across all business units. Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute the organization’s enterprise AI strategy using Microsoft’s AI ecosystem. • Lead cross-functional AI programs involving Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Copilot, and other intelligent automation tools. • Collaborate with business, IT, data science, and security teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes. • Oversee project/program execution, stakeholder engagement, governance, and change management. • Monitor AI performance metrics, ensure compliance with responsible AI frameworks, and present regular updates to executive leadership. • Stay up to date with Microsoft’s AI roadmap and advise on innovations that can benefit the organization. Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in program or portfolio management in enterprise IT, with 3+ years in AI/ML transformation initiatives. • Strong technical knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and OpenAI integrations. • Proven track record delivering enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft tools and platforms. • Experience managing large, multi-year programs with multiple stakeholders and vendors. • PMP, SAFe, or Microsoft AI-related certifications preferred. • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive reporting skills.
