Skills and experiences • Experience selling Azure Infrastructure is required. • Experience selling across multiple Microsoft Solution areas (Apps & Infra, Modern Workplace, Biz Apps, and Data & AI), preferably including delivery in consulting engagements. • Success as a Whitespace Business Developer (Hunter) with sophisticated closure capabilities is required. • Ability to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our client's business needs. • Driving sales in a solutions-selling environment at the C-suite level. • Strategic mindset with a focus on overcoming obstacles, driving critical initiatives, and realizing vision. What you'll do • Focus on one or more areas of expertise within Avanade's industry sectors. • Identify high-potential transformation deals, lead, and manage entire sales cycles. • Drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new business with direct clients. • Collaborate with partners to generate new business. • Build a pipeline for growth, including statements of work and contracts. • Engage with clients to build trust, gain referrals, and close deals. • Maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions, offerings, and service penetration.
