Job Details: SQL Server Database Administrator III Join a technical team supporting diverse environments in a managed services model. Key Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain SQL Server databases across client environments • Configure and support HA solutions (Always On AGs, Clustering, Mirroring, Replication) • Manage SQL Azure and hybrid cloud database infrastructures • Optimize performance: indexing, query tuning, resource management • Design and execute backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies • Troubleshoot connectivity, replication, and performance issues • Implement database security policies and access controls • Provide on-call support in rotation • Document database environments, migrations, and upgrades Qualifications: • SQL Server DBA experience in high-availability environments • Strong background supporting multiple clients in an MSP-style setting • Proficient in SQL Azure, T-SQL, PowerShell, and automation • Skilled in performance tuning, security, and DR planning • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Hybrid role based in the Pittsburgh Metro area with rotating on-call duties. • U.S. Citizenship required Preferred: • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Certifications in SQL Server • Cloud migration and Azure familiarity Edgar Unthank 300 Conshohocken State Road, Suite 750 | West Conshohocken, PA 19428 Direct Line: 484.238.1943 To apply, send resume to: edgar@libertyjobs.com www.libertyjobs.com www.linkedin.com/in/edgarunthank #IT #midsenior
