About the Role We are in a significant growth phase and are bringing in highly qualified interns to assist with short-term data, reporting, and analytics projects. This high-visibility role reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and focuses on continuous improvement projects that use data to identify opportunities for process enhancement. The role plays a key part in building our data analytics and reporting infrastructure. This is an ideal opportunity for students specializing in data science and analytics to gain real-world exposure in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment. Responsibilities • Develop reporting and analytical solutions to convert data into actionable business insights. • Automate data processes using Excel and analytical tools such as R, Tableau, and others. • Design and build predictive models to evaluate pharmacy operations performance. • Organize and analyze unstructured data to identify opportunities for process improvements. • Collaborate with pharmacy operations teams to analyze data and generate meaningful insights through visualization and statistical tools. • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Work on end-to-end projects, providing comprehensive analysis from start to finish. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy while meeting project deadlines. • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance pharmacy operations. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelors Degree and/or relevant work experience • Experience with market research methods and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Experience with data analytics tools such as R, Tableau, or similar software. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and work cross-functionally. • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. • Hours will be between 8am-630pm M-F and including some potential weekend hours. • Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive data appropriately.
