We’re a real estate company seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to set up and customize SharePoint Online and automate internal processes using Power Automate. Our goal is to optimize our sales workflow, eliminate manual tasks, and improve team productivity. You’ll be responsible for building a structured, secure, and scalable SharePoint environment tailored to real estate operations—primarily supporting transaction management, document sharing, and communication between internal teams and external partners. Scope of Work: Set up and configure SharePoint Online sites/libraries for different departments and deal stages Create automated workflows using Power Automate to replace manual tasks (e.g., document routing, status updates, email triggers) Organize folders and permissions by role or project/client Build systems that allow for external collaboration (e.g., clients, brokers) securely via Azure AD B2B or guest access Integrate with other Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc. Provide training or documentation to help our team adopt and maintain the new system Ideal Candidate: Deep experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate in business settings Knowledge of real estate operations is a plus (but not required) Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 permissions, security, and workflow logic Can work independently and deliver clean, user-friendly solutions Great communicator who can translate business needs into effective systems Nice to Have: PowerShell scripting for bulk tasks ShareGate experience Power Apps and/or SPFx customization Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API Project Type: One-time setup project with potential for ongoing support and future enhancements Preferred Location: U.S.-based preferred.
