Base pay range $65.00/hr - $70.00/hr Optomi is partnering with a top logistics company in search for an Infrastructure Manager to join the team. This role will be a contract-hire position and has great remote flexibility. What we are looking for: Windows & Microsoft Ecosystem Expertise : Strong experience with Windows Server 2019+, Group Policy, DFS, Microsoft 365 administration, and Azure resource management, monitoring, and disaster recovery. Infrastructure Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Proficient in using tools like SolarWinds (with potential to lead evaluation of replacements) and skilled at diagnosing complex issues across tasks, SQL, and script chains. Leadership & Initiative : Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and step into management roles; a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, go-getter cultures. Technical Versatility : Familiar with scripting (especially PowerShell), SharePoint administration, and compliance/security standards including DR testing. Data Center & NOC Experience : Background in data center or Network Operations Center environments, with hands-on infrastructure support and monitoring responsibilities. This right person will have lead experience while also being hands on.
