Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in configuring Dynamics 365 solutions, automating business processes using tools like Power BI and electronic signature platforms, and customizing Dataverse environments. This role requires deep technical knowledge along with a strong ability to deliver solutions in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including creation and management of Dynamics Cloud Flows, solutions (managed/unmanaged), and business process flows. • Automate manual business processes by integrating Power BI dashboards and tools, and using electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign. • Design and implement effective data models and workflows using Microsoft Dataverse to support enterprise-grade solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Dynamics 365 configurations, flows, and integrations. • Ensure best practices and governance are followed in development and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions. Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years (within the last 7 years) of hands-on experience in: • Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration • Use of Dynamics processes and Cloud Flows • Creation and management of managed/unmanaged solutions • Minimum of 1 year (within the last 3 years) of experience with: • Automation of manual processes • Reporting and visualization using Power BI • Integration of electronic signature tools like DocuSign • Minimum of 1 year (within the last 3 years) of experience with: • Data design and implementation using Microsoft Dataverse Preferred Skills: • Microsoft Power Platform certifications • Experience working in Agile environments • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Strong documentation and process mapping skills
