Role : Sr. AI Engineer Location : Dallas , TX Duration : Long term contract Must-have Skills: • Strong Python Coding Skills: Proficient in Python, with a focus on AI/ML libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) • Experience with Data Processing: Hands-on experience with Data bricks (6+ Months) related to data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering • Cloud Platforms: Must have experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud (6+ months) • Overall Cloud platform experience 2+ Years • Machine Learning Models: Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Expertise in NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy, transformers) • Large Language Models (LLMs): Familiarity with integrating and fine-tuning LLMs • SQL/NoSQL Databases: Strong experience with databases and data retrieval Should know working on NoSQL AND SQL Important: Data Visualization: • Ability to create meaningful visualizations to communicate insights (e.g., using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn) • Problem-solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • The candidate is expected to comply with the company's policies and procedures • This is Individual contributor and client facing role. Possess experience in stakeholder management Good-to-have Skills: • Vector Databases: Experience working with vector databases for semantic search and similarity matching • Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes • Big Data Tools: Familiarity with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop) • AI Ethics and Fairness: Understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in AI Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to extract insights from large datasets • Work with stakeholders to identify key business problems and determine how AI can address them • Implement and optimize machine learning models and algorithms • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and scalable • Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to business stakeholders • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies to continually enhance solution offerings Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field • Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud computing • Experience in a domain-specific AI application (Restaurant or Payment or Loyalty or Surveys) • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
