Direct message the job poster from Akkodis Akkodis is seeking a Solutions Architect, Productivity Solutions (Microsoft 365) for a Contract- to - Hire position with a client located in Denver, CO (Hybrid). Pay Range: $70- $85/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable productivity solutions using SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), and related tools. This role will lead low-code/no-code adoption, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline processes. The ideal candidate will also support AI/data integration, ensure compliance with governance policies, and empower business users through training and enablement. Responsibilities: • Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. • Drive low-code/no-code adoption and empower business users through training and reusable tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver scalable, secure solutions. • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across departments. • Support integration with AI and data platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Databricks) as needed. • Ensure governance, security, and compliance within Microsoft 365 environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft 365 productivity solutions. • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and technologies, particularly the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). • Experience designing and implementing low-code/no-code solutions. • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and Teams. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Experience with data modeling and integration design. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate). • Experience with Azure and Azure AI services. • Experience with Databricks or other data analytics platforms. • Experience with AI/machine learning concepts and technologies. • Experience with Dev Ops practices related to Microsoft 365. • Experience in the energy efficiency or sustainability industry.
