Contract Length: 6+ Months, possible conversion to FTE • Must have an active Public Trust clearance to be considered for this role.* Job Description: The F-16 Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP) Support team is looking to hire a skilled DevOps Developer to help support and automate our Azure infrastructure and ADO pipelines. Your duties will primarily be to fill in a gap between our.NET developers and our Azure Cloud Administrators and help to support our pipelines as well as automate our Azure environment. You will also be involved in maintaining the security of our applications. Primary Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive automation, CI/CD implementation, infrastructure as code, and cloud management using Microsoft Azure • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop, manage, and optimize Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep • Cloud Management: Monitor, optimize, and secure Azure cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance • Scripting & Automation: Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python • Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, policies, and compliance controls in Azure environments • Monitoring & Logging: Set up monitoring and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to enhance software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes • Maintain and update On Prem ADO server Basic Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • CompTIA Security+ or higher certification (CISSP, CISA, CISM etc.) • The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure DevOps, pipelines, Terraform, and cloud security best practices • Experience: 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or system administration • Technical Skills: • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps services (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards) • Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep for infrastructure automation • Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python • Knowledge of Git and version control best practices • Familiarity with networking, security, and identity management in Azure • Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Prometheus • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to enhance software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Kubernetes or containers • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or comparable certification Estimated Min Rate: $49.52 Estimated Max Rate: $70.74 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations, which may have been provided by job boards.
