Grace is seeking a SharePoint Power Platform Architect to join our Information Technology team! This role reports to Principal Solution Architect located at Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools to create efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. As a SharePoint Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our SharePoint platform, ensuring they meet our business needs and industry standards. Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement SharePoint-based solutions that align with business requirements and enhance productivity and collaboration. Manage and maintain SharePoint Online environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. Ensure seamless integration between SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams to enhance collaboration, file sharing, and communication across the organization. Utilize Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate to extend SharePoint capabilities and create custom applications and workflows. Leverage Microsoft Copilot to provide AI-driven insights and automation to enhance M365 solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Define and enforce best practices and standards for SharePoint architecture, development, and administration. Manage SharePoint/Teams governance. Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff to ensure effective use of SharePoint solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SharePoint systems, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals. Stay updated with the latest SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot features and trends, and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience including 7 years of experience as a SharePoint Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Power Platform, MS Teams, and Copilot. In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, administration, and development. Proficiency in Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience with Microsoft Copilot and its integration with M365. Strong understanding of Office 365 ecosystem and related technologies. Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and modern SharePoint development practices. Knowledge of cloud computing principles, PowerBI, and Microsoft Azure. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with G Suite. Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert and Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or Administrator. #J-18808-Ljbffr W.R.
