Provider Relations Call Center Lead Location: on-site in Helena, MT Salary: $18-20 DOE plus benefits Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday – Friday Would you like to be a part of a team that plays a vital role in supporting our Montana Medicaid Providers? About The PR Call Center Lead Role The individual who fills this position will be responsible for monitoring queues and agents’ tasks and assisting agents on difficult calls. The individual will work closely with the PR Supervisor and PR Manager ensure the team’s training are planned and completed timely. The Lead will handle escalated calls, claim reviews, and call backs. The best candidate for this role will be someone who can multi-task through multiple windows and has experience training. This role is a mentor to the call center team. Job Requirements • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Experience working with Medicaid/healthcare insurance • 1 plus years Customer Service experience in an office environment Desired Skills and Attributes/Successful candidates will have the following skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Preferred experience delivering and creating trainings • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective time management abilities • Excellent communication skills • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously What’s in it for you?
