Job Description: We are seeking a Microsoft ERP Finance Functional Consultant to support the design and configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution. As a Functional Lead in our expanding national ERP implementation practice, you will leverage your Microsoft Dynamics ERP expertise to deliver transformative solutions. Our practice enhances performance and efficiency for diverse clients, including Airports, Transit Agencies, Water & Electric Utilities, and Municipalities, through tailored implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Qualifications: In this role, you will: • Thoroughly understand the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution and lead the configuration of critical finance business processes, particularly in the procure-to-pay cycle. Key Knowledge Areas Required: • Finance • General Ledger/Financial Reporting • Budgeting • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable • Fixed Assets • Cash and Bank Management • Procurement & Sourcing Additional Business Area Knowledge (Preferred): • Inventory/Warehouse Management • Product Information Management • Master Planning • Expense Management • Enterprise Asset Management • Project Management and Accounting • Human Resources • Security Configuration • Power BI Reporting • AI/CoPilot Initiatives • Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Automate, etc.) Requirements: • 4-5+ years of consulting experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP. • Government or fund accounting experience is a plus. • Collaborate with clients to define business requirements for successful implementation. • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 in detail to meet defined needs. • Assist with business process redesign. • Engage with the technical team to define and test customizations, including data conversions and functional enhancements. • Support client testing and validation of the final configured solution. • Manage cutover activities for migration to the new system. • Provide post-cutover assistance to clients. • Engage with Microsoft support as needed. • Mentor and develop junior staff in our ERP practice into skilled functional consultants. • Expect travel of 30-50% annually. Education: A BS Degree is preferred. The compensation range for this role is $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 per year, reflective of various factors including skills and experience.
