Role Overview The Tableau developer will be part of our Analytics practice, delivering technology solutions based on Azure, MSBI, and Databricks for Exusia's clients. The role involves contributing to competency development and innovation within the company. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and BI, and the ability to translate complex data into insights. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports. • Work on client projects delivering Microsoft-based Data engineering & Analytics solutions. • Provide technical leadership on multiple projects as needed. • Engineer scalable analytics solutions on-premise and cloud. • Design data pipelines for structured and unstructured data. • Collaborate with leadership to deliver projects on time and to quality standards. • Assist in growing the Microsoft Analytics practice through solutioning for prospects. • Mentor junior resources and contribute to talent recruitment. Mandatory Skills • 4-9 years in Tableau development and data visualization. • Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts. • Tableau certification is a plus. • Experience with SQL Server/SSIS for ETL processing. • Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics on at least one project. • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks. • Basic knowledge of Power BI and Embedded Analytics. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Self-motivated with familiarity with Azure Analytics services. Additional Skills Experience with SSRS, SSAS, Azure Analytics services, Data Modeling, and other BI tools like Looker is desirable.
