IT Support Specialist – On-Premise Systems Location: Sacramento, CA Company: Delta Print Group About Us: Delta Print Group, a rapidly growing, privately owned manufacturing company with facilities in North Sacramento and West Sacramento, is seeking a dynamic IT Support Specialist. Our IT infrastructure is modern, stable, and running smoothly—we’re looking for someone to help us maintain and enhance this strong foundation as we continue to grow. Our executive team is hands-on and deeply involved in daily operations, fostering a collaborative and agile work environment. What You’ll Do: As our on-site IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for on-site technical support across both locations. You’ll work closely with operations, administration, and leadership to ensure our systems stay reliable and secure. Key Responsibilities:  Install, configure, and support desktop computers, printers, and related hardware.  Manage and maintain on-premise databases, including Microsoft SQL Server.  Administer VPN access and ensure secure remote connectivity.  Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).  Support Microsoft 365 applications and Teams Phone Systems.  Monitor and manage Wi-Fi hotspots across both offices.  Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to staff across departments.  Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and support tickets.  Support SOC 2 Type 2 certification process What We’re Looking For: Required:  3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.  Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365).  Experience with SQL Server and on-premise database management.  Familiarity with VPN setup and network security best practices.  Hands-on experience with network hardware installation and maintenance.  Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.  Fully on-site position servicing our North Sacramento and West Sacramento facilities. This position is not remote. Preferred:  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.  Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified.
