Your Responsibilities: • Support the successful delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards. What We’re Looking For: • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 (including Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.). • Relevant Experience: Several years in a similar technical role, ideally within an IT reseller or managed service provider environment. • Certifications: Professional credentials such as Azure or Microsoft 365 series certifications. • Additional Skills: Familiarity with Windows Server, Entra ID, and Microsoft Security solutions. • Key Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, excellent organizational abilities, and effective time management.
