Job Title: .NET Core/C# Software Engineer--Only local candidates to Idaho (ID) should apply Location: Boise, Idaho (Fully Onsite No Remote Work) Duration: 6 Months Contract Job Overview: IRG Clients is seeking a highly skilled .NET Core/C# Software Engineer to support the modernization of agency systems. This role is fully onsite in Boise, Idaho, and remote work will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and enhance software systems for driver's license issuance, vehicle registration, and compliance services. • Implement and manage session management in .NET Core (a key part of this role). • Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications using C#/.NET, MVC framework, and SQL databases. • Create and integrate REST APIs for seamless system communication. • Utilize Azure DevOps Server for version control and deployment. • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with technical and non-technical teams. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high-quality code and performance. Required Skills & Experience (6+ Years Each): • .NET Core session management • C#/.NET (web-based & desktop development) • SQL database development • MVC framework • REST API creation & integration • Visual Studio & Azure DevOps Server • Work ticket management systems • Data communication across disparate systems • Enhancement & bug-fixing of existing systems • Strong verbal & written communication with stakeholders
