You will be instrumental in supporting the design, implementation, and governing Acron’s compensation programs across our global locations. This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape how Acron attracts, retains, and motivates its global talent. The ideal candidate will have a background in compensation analytics and technology solutions, with experience leveraging AI-powered tools for compensation processes, analytics, and programs. This role is crucial in the overall global compensation planning process, administration, and the design and maintenance of the career/competency framework. You will also consult with HRBPs and management on compensation-related questions and projects as needed. Essential Functions • Recommend compensation strategies and solutions with Acron’s global business units and goals. • Develop and implement technology solutions to support initiatives such as market analysis, internal equity review, assessing market competitiveness, pay-for-performance, and reward programs. • Conduct job evaluations and job analysis to determine appropriate salary levels, fit in the compensation structure, and benchmarking. • Support annual salary planning, budgeting, salary structure design, and market benchmarking processes. • Participate in and analyze salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation across all global locations. • Research and analyze market data to benchmark company positions against industry standards. • Assist in the development and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, short and long-term incentives, allowances, differentials, and bonuses. • Recommend adjustments to salary ranges/structures and architecture based on market data, industry standards, and organizational goals. • Prepare and present reports/presentations on compensation metrics and current and leading compensation practices to HR and business management. • Provide guidance to HRBPs and managers on compensation-related issues and decisions. • Ensure compensation practices comply with country and local regulations. • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to compensation and ensure adherence to policies. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. • 6 or more years of experience in global compensation analysis. • Experience with HRIS and compensation management software. • Knowledge of global compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements. • Experience using automation and AI-powered tools for comprehensive compensation analysis and reporting. • Strong analytical, statistical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships and influence colleagues at all levels. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of high-quality material with meticulous attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a related industry, such as aerospace or avionics. • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
