Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join their Business Intelligence team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in collecting, organizing, and managing large datasets from various sources. Perform data cleaning and preparation to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and provide analytical support. Assist in documenting data definitions, methodologies, and findings. Help to identify areas for process improvement in data collection and reporting. Gain hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools. Learn about data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices. Contribute to ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed. The ideal candidate will be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a significant plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience, are necessary.
