Role Summary: Reporting to the SVP, Client Services, the Director of Analytics and Reporting will lead the analytics and reporting needs for client services and health plan clients. This role involves leveraging data and tools within Centauri Health Solutions to provide clear and concise analytics and reports that demonstrate the value delivered by Centauri services. The Director will identify trends and opportunities, ensure consistency in reporting, and establish a single source of truth for internal metrics. Role Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: • Develop and lead the analytics and reporting team. • Recruit, mentor, and support the professional growth of analysts. • Stakeholder Collaboration: • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization. • Deliver reliable and timely information to client services and health plan clients. • Continuously improve the quality and accuracy of information provided. • Operational Support: • Participate in monthly financial close cycles, client services and operational review meetings. • Ensure compliance with IT security regulations and appropriate segregation of reports. • Quality Assurance: • Implement quality assurance processes for analytics and reporting. • Document discrepancies and reasons for inconsistencies to inform leadership decisions. Additional Responsibilities: • Support ad-hoc requests from client services and internal partners, ranging from strategic analyses to operational fundamentals. • Drive changes to operational work processes based on analysis and reporting outcomes. Role Requirements: • 7+ years of management experience in a financial or operational analysis team. • BS/BA in Mathematics, Operational Analysis, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline. MBA or Graduate degree preferred. • Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop direct reports. • Proven track record in strategic planning, priority setting, and process improvement. • Experience with data extraction, translation, and load (ETL) processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Power BI, and other analytics tools. • Fluency in end-user software products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
