Skills • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly • Advanced knowledge of security design techniques • Advanced understanding of design patterns to steer business requirements into technical strategies • Proficiency in documenting designs using notational standards like BPMN and UML • Hands-on experience in programming languages such as Java, Go, C#, Rust, Python, etc. • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and serverless architectures (AWS, Azure a plus) • Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift a plus) • Knowledge of instrumentation and observability frameworks (OpenTelemetry, DynaTrace, Splunk a plus) • Understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce • Familiarity with middleware and enterprise technologies like .NET, J2EE, and Oracle Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end solution architecture from conception to production • Partner with business and technology experts to translate business requirements into tech solutions • Participate in design and modeling of architectures for project delivery • Collaborate with domain architects to provide scalable and adaptable solutions • Promote reuse of services and frameworks to improve information flow • Support team members in designing deployment strategies • Simplify existing code and architectures • Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical decision makers • Recommend improvements to application efficiency and understanding • Ensure compliance with architectural principles and patterns • Work with Cyber Security to understand security requirements • Ensure solutions are observable and secure by design Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with five (5) years of experience in enterprise, solutions and/or technical architecture • Or a High School Diploma/GED and nine (9) years of related experience • Experience with N-tier architectures and complex design architectures • Experience with Agile methods • Familiarity with technical, application, and information architecture delivery techniques Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category • Bachelor’s Degree Experience Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise solutions or technical architecture • Proven experience with N-tier architectures and Agile methodologies Why work in Nashville, TN Nashville offers a vibrant culture, rich in music and arts, making it an exciting place to live and work.
